Product Description TFT-H020A4QVIST6N40 is a 2.0-inch full-color TFT LCD module with a resolution of 240x320 pixels and an aspect ratio of 3:4. The TFT module adopts ST7789V driver IC and supports MCU interface. The TFT module with IPS panel has the advantage of wide viewing angle (left 80 degrees/right 80 degrees/up 80 degrees/down 80 degrees), the typical contrast ratio is 800:1, and the module brightness is as high as 600 nits (typical value). The operating temperature range of the module is -30℃~+85℃, and the storage temperature range is -30℃~+85℃.
